Da Posse' and I (Mona "Zydeco Queen" Wilson®) offer you the cream of the crop when it comes to authenticity--straight from Southwest Louisiana.  Learn the way we did in the heart of Creole Country--having fun without the worry of counting. 

NOTE:  Louisiana Creoles DID NOT & DO NOT  learn to Zydeco dance by counting and if you take our workshops, you won't either--it's all about fun!!  We give you the roux of the gumbo (basic foundation) and much, much more.  You will then be able to add your own spices from there (i.e. shrimp, crabs, sausage, file=styling)!!!  See Ya On Da' Dance Floor..............
